Decent decor adds a modern touch to the experience. Filters on the balcony keep out unwelcome elements.

The shower didn't drain properly, leaving a pooling mess to contend with, and despite reporting it, no action was taken. The AC setup left much to be desired, only operating in the living room while the bedroom sweltered. Street and nearby road noise was a nuisance, especially with certain rooms allowing smoking nearby.

Everything was simply perfect. We booked well laid out room with balcony and could use wake-up service, available in it. The location of the hotel was great - at a medium distance from Freedom Square.

The hotel had a central setting very close to all major sights. Besides, it was so close to the old city center where there are innumerable eating establishments, all tourist attractions in old Tbilisi, and centrum.

Facilities were modern, but Wi-Fi was slow.

Opt for a room with a balcony. The views are fine and perfect for a peaceful retreat after exploring the city.

We had an amazing experience. The hotel was perfect, had absolutely superb views and favourable location adjacent to city center and signagi. The breakfast was free, they serve outstanding food.

had brand-new twin/double room with terrace and wake-up service was available in it. we had coffee/tea making machines and refrigerators in the room.

The balcony with fine views was very nice! Rooms are compact and comfortable, and the super nice team.

Charming staff and good breakfasts

The hotel's charming interior and engaging breakfast service made our mornings special. Enjoying a homemade breakfast while overlooking scenic city views was good!

The only downside was the layout of the shower area, which caused some water spillage on the bathroom floor. Minor adjustments could easily resolve this issue.

This was just a decent option for a brief pause in Tbilisi with very nice value for money. The shower was cleaned nicely after we asked for room service, making our stay more comfortable. Street parking can be tricky, so plan accordingly.

We loved the room's cleanliness and the fine city view from our balcony. Breakfast was delicious, with great local delicacies. The location was fantastic, easily accessible to explore Tbilisi's wonders.

Staying at passport exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect, great to explore all the tourist spots in old tbilisi within walking distance. We enjoyed a really good breakfast spread every morning, topped off with a lovely view from our balcony.

We had a suite with a balcony, just perfect! It was clean and spacious, had air conditioning, a minibar, and a nice coffee machine. The shower was great too. Breakfast was included, and we enjoyed the delicious options every morning. Location was ideal for exploring the city, and the staff were super cute when we needed help.

The Superior Double or Twin Room was super comfy, and the bed felt amazing! It had a beautiful balcony with a fine city view, a great spot to relax. The decor was charming and gave it that cozy vibe. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained too. Plus, the quick Wi-Fi.

Exceptionally clean room with a fantastic view. Our stay was lovely, especially when they surprised us with flowers and a cake!

This place is well-organized, has good-sized rooms, and some of them come with a balcony.
